Zenith in La Chaux‑de‑Fonds seeks a Watch Decoration Operator (full‑time, CDI) skilled in Perlage, Anglage and haute horlogerie hand‑finishing.

Overview

Zenith is a Swiss haute‑horlogerie manufacture recognised for engineering excellence and refined finishing. As part of LVMH's Watches & Jewelry group, the brand combines traditional craftsmanship with contemporary innovation in dedicated ateliers.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Execute high‑precision decorative finishes on watch and jewellery components, ensuring the aesthetic signature of exceptional pieces.
  • Perform Perlage, Colimaçonnage, Trait tiré, Anglage, Polissage noyure and Côte de Genève to exacting standards.
  • Carry out meticulous visual inspection and quality control of finished parts, documenting non‑conformities and corrective actions.
  • Work autonomously within the atelier while coordinating with craftsmen and production planners to meet delivery schedules.
  • Maintain tools, workstations and finishing equipment in compliance with workshop standards and cleanliness protocols.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years' demonstrable experience in horological or jewellery decoration/finishing.
  • Proven mastery of Perlage, Colimaçonnage, Trait tiré, Anglage, Polissage noyure and Côte de Genève.
  • Exceptional manual dexterity, an expert eye for detail and a commitment to flawless surface finishing.
  • Autonomous, rigorous and able to work to tight tolerances and delivery timelines.
  • Professional attitude suited to a high‑end atelier environment and collaborative team work.

Experience
