International Business Analyst Intern
Zenith Watches in La Chaux-de-Fonds, Switzerland, seeks an International Business Analyst Intern to join its Global Commercial team, focusing on data-driven decision-making and market coordination.

Role & Responsibilities
- Monitor sell-in and sell-out performance by market, channel, and collection.
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards for the Executive Committee and commercial teams.
- Identify performance gaps, analyze trends, and recommend corrective actions.
- Support business reviews with structured, insight-driven analyses.
- Serve as the primary contact for Market Managers across Americas, Europe, and Asia.
- Coordinate between local teams and internal departments including Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Production.
- Track distribution projects such as openings, closures, and network optimization.
- Assist markets with allocations, assortments, and annual target monitoring.
- Contribute to the annual budget process and revisions.
- Consolidate market assumptions and challenge forecasts as needed.
- Support the continuous improvement of forecasting processes.
- Track variances between budget, actuals, and historical performance, providing insights to Finance.
- Participate in cross-functional strategic projects and support data quality improvement initiatives.
- Contribute to the deployment of Group tools such as ANAPLAN, Power BI, and ERP.
- Focus on the Americas region, supporting commercial performance and operational execution.
- Advocate for market needs regarding allocations, assortments, and launch quantities.
- Optimize stock distribution and support reallocation decisions.
- Track distribution network evolution and contribute to network optimization.
- Act as the main liaison between Americas teams and HQ departments.
- Support the achievement of annual commercial targets through data-driven recommendations.
Qualifications
- Experience in an international environment, ideally in luxury, retail, or industry.
- At least 18 months of experience in a similar role.
