Role & Responsibilities
- Implement and optimize HR systems, including managing HRIS projects and deploying a new payroll ERP.
- Design and implement HR dashboards with relevant KPIs for managers.
- Actively participate in the development and monitoring of payroll budgets across the organization.
- Contribute to the production of annual HR reports.
- Update and manage salary surveys and work on job mapping and grading across the organization.
- Provide operational support, including occasional payroll backup.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Social Controlling and/or Compensation & Benefits.
- Advanced proficiency in payroll tools, Business Intelligence tools, and Excel.
- Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors is advantageous.
- Familiarity with the Mercer evaluation method is a plus.
- Ability to work independently, make decisions, and demonstrate agility.
- Excellent cross-functional management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Fluency in French is mandatory; English proficiency is an asset.

Experience
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in HR project management, particularly in Social Controlling or Compensation & Benefits.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
