Role & Responsibilities

  • Implement and optimize HR systems, including managing HRIS projects and deploying a new payroll ERP.
  • Design and implement HR dashboards with relevant KPIs for managers.
  • Actively participate in the development and monitoring of payroll budgets across the organization.
  • Contribute to the production of annual HR reports.
  • Update and manage salary surveys and work on job mapping and grading across the organization.
  • Provide operational support, including occasional payroll backup.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Social Controlling and/or Compensation & Benefits.
  • Advanced proficiency in payroll tools, Business Intelligence tools, and Excel.
  • Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with the Mercer evaluation method is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently, make decisions, and demonstrate agility.
  • Excellent cross-functional management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
  • Fluency in French is mandatory; English proficiency is an asset.

Experience

Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in HR project management, particularly in Social Controlling or Compensation & Benefits.

Education
