Overview

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead, recruit, coach and motivate a global retail performance team to deliver consistent client experience and operational excellence.
  • Define, track and analyse KPIs that drive retail operational efficiency and financial performance; set targets with regional and store leadership and develop action plans to meet them.
  • Develop and maintain global performance dashboards and regular reporting to provide visibility into sales, conversion, inventory turnover and other operational metrics.
  • Leverage data analytics to identify trends, root causes and opportunities for improvement; translate insights into executable initiatives.
  • Identify, document and roll out retail best practices and standard operating procedures to ensure consistent implementation across all stores.
  • Partner with cross‑functional stakeholders (Retail Training, Commercial, Operations) to design and implement process improvements, training programmes and change management plans.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging retail technologies to introduce innovative approaches that enhance store performance.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in retail management within an international environment, preferably in luxury goods or watches.
  • Fluency in English and French, both written and spoken.
  • Proven experience leading and developing teams across multiple markets and time zones.
  • Strong competence in change management and project management to drive roll‑out of global initiatives.
  • Advanced data analysis skills with experience building or interpreting performance dashboards and KPIs.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, influencing and communication skills; ability to align regional and store leaders behind common objectives.

Experience

Minimum five years of progressive retail management experience in an international environment, with demonstrable results in KPI optimisation, team leadership and cross‑functional project delivery.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, Hospitality or a related field preferred; equivalent professional experience accepted.
