Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist in the deployment of digital tools in boutiques, including remote sales, click & collect, and in-store reservations.
  • Contribute to the development and enhancement of tools and services to align with the brand's image, such as appointment booking and virtual queues.
  • Research competitor services and propose improvements.
  • Participate in creating training tools for boutique teams.
  • Compile sales reports for various omnichannel services and suggest analytical insights.
  • Promote boutiques on digital platforms like Google My Business and Facebook.
  • Ensure boutique opening hours are updated across digital platforms.
  • Analyze customer feedback on digital platforms, including Google My Business ratings.
  • Participate in regional calls.
  • Collaborate with the Retail Operations team on regular and ad-hoc tasks, such as uniform orders and seminar organization.

Qualifications

  • Background in business school education.
  • Interest in luxury, digital, and retail sectors.
  • Previous experience in omnichannel projects is advantageous.
  • Dynamic, organized, and detail-oriented with a proactive approach.
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
  • Fluent in English with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
