Role & Responsibilities

  • Conduct ad-hoc campaign performance analysis.
  • Ensure regular updates to clienteling tools.
  • Contribute to the creation of clienteling training materials.
  • Support the execution of the roadmap for Clienteling Apps.
  • Assist in the implementation of the Privacy Program.
  • Handle data cleansing requests.
  • Provide general support to the Global Client Development department.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Skills

Proficient in Excel and knowledgeable in PowerPoint. Excellent attention to detail and time management. Proficiency in English is mandatory. Familiarity and passion for the luxury fashion industry is a plus.

Experience

No prior experience required, but familiarity with luxury fashion is advantageous.

Education

Currently pursuing a master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
