Role & Responsibilities

  • Create monthly reports on key clienteling KPIs.
  • Manage and update the global Clienteling Calendar daily.
  • Support the execution of regional One-To-One and One-To-Few campaigns.
  • Assist in worldwide One-To-One and One-To-Many campaigns, including target audience creation.
  • Conduct ad-hoc campaign performance analysis.
  • Ensure regular updates to Saint Laurent clienteling tools.
  • Contribute to the creation of clienteling training materials.
  • Handle requests for data cleansing.
  • Provide general support to the Global Client Development department.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with basic understanding of SQL and proficient Excel.
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management.
  • English proficiency is mandatory.
  • Familiarity and passion for the luxury fashion industry is a plus.
