Wholesale Intern
Saint Laurent seeks a Wholesale Intern in New York to support wholesale reporting, sample management and PO tracking. $17/hr, summer internship.
Overview
Saint Laurent is an influential Paris-born luxury fashion house known for its modern, youth-oriented ready-to-wear, leather goods, footwear and accessories. The house is part of the Kering luxury group and is recognised for its strong creative identity, emphasis on craftsmanship and global retail and wholesale network.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the VP of Wholesale with daily and weekly reporting, including style sell-through, daily sales, weekly on-hand, and door analysis by account.
- Track purchase orders and maintain weekly shipping and delivery logs.
- Manage and control all showroom samples, including preparation, tracking and return authorization support.
- Assist in market and showroom preparation, showroom presentation and entry-level account responsibilities such as order checking.
- Conduct store visits to monitor product presentation and the competitive landscape; prepare competitive analysis reports and client buy books.
- Review reports proactively, highlight key findings and present actionable insights to the wholesale team.
Qualifications
- Previous wholesale internship experience is mandatory.
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program.
- Availability to work in the office a minimum of 2–3 days per week.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including creation and management of pivot tables and lookup formulas.
- Exposure to sample tracking and return authorization processes is a plus.

Experience
Mandatory prior wholesale internship experience; familiarity with sample tracking, return authorizations and basic wholesale operations strongly preferred.
Education
Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program.
