Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support for wholesale clients, including deliveries, payments, restocking, commercial exchanges, and after-sales service.
  • Monitor inventory and update stock lists.
  • Organize showroom appointment schedules.
  • Prepare necessary documents for showrooms and fashion shows.
  • Participate and assist during showroom periods.
  • Manage administrative tasks such as document dispatch and tracking commercial team travel.

Qualifications

  • Degree from a business school or equivalent.
  • Fluency in French and English is essential.
  • Proficiency in Italian is advantageous.
  • Previous successful experience in the fashion and luxury sector.

Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent analytical skills. Strong interpersonal communication abilities.

Experience

A proven track record in the fashion and luxury industry is required.

Education

Degree from a business school or equivalent.
