Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support for wholesale operations, including deliveries, payments, restocking, commercial exchanges, and after-sales service.
  • Monitor stock levels and update stock lists.
  • Organize showroom appointment schedules.
  • Prepare necessary documents for the showroom and fashion shows.
  • Participate in and assist during showroom periods.
  • Manage administrative tasks such as document dispatch and tracking sales representatives' travel.

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in or completed a degree from a business school or equivalent.
  • Fluency in French and English is essential.
  • Proficiency in Italian is advantageous.
  • Previous experience in the fashion and luxury industry is required.

Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.

Experience

A successful initial experience in the fashion and luxury sector is required.

Education

Business school degree or equivalent.
