Role & Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support for wholesale operations, including deliveries, payments, restocking, commercial exchanges, and after-sales service.
- Monitor stock levels and update stock lists.
- Organize showroom appointment schedules.
- Prepare necessary documents for the showroom and fashion shows.
- Participate in and assist during showroom periods.
- Manage administrative tasks such as document dispatch and tracking sales representatives' travel.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in or completed a degree from a business school or equivalent.
- Fluency in French and English is essential.
- Proficiency in Italian is advantageous.
- Previous experience in the fashion and luxury industry is required.
