Role & Responsibilities
- Lead a data-driven, client-centric agenda to elevate retail performance across all locations.
- Harness business intelligence to translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Optimize productivity, conversion, and profitability through targeted training programs.
- Ensure a consistent and exceptional client experience across all channels.
- Partner with global and regional VPs to plan and execute special projects.
- Analyze commercial event outcomes and provide strategic recommendations.
- Coordinate cross-functional projects to enhance overall performance.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of the competitive landscape and business model evolution.
- Foster strong interdepartmental communication and collaboration.
- Coach and mentor the retail performance and CRM team for financial analysis and reporting.
- Lead client engagement strategies with a multichannel vision.
- Enhance client experience through store design and personalized interactions.
- Implement tools for effective client management and feedback mechanisms.
- Lead regional trainers in delivering comprehensive training programs.
- Collaborate with HR to implement initiatives related to the employee lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, retail management, or related field.
- 10-15 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury fashion.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Passion for fashion and deep understanding of the luxury retail market.
