Role & Responsibilities

  • Implement and execute Visual Merchandising standards in-store in accordance with brand guidelines.
  • Prepare products for display installations, coordinating with department heads to identify new arrivals and anticipate store needs.
  • Support during deliveries to identify bestsellers and new arrivals, integrating them into the store layout as per guidelines.
  • Maintain and update Visual Merchandising displays, participate in display rotations and collection launches in collaboration with the Western Europe Visual Merchandising team.
  • Develop zoning plans in alignment with store allocations and Visual Merchandising guidelines.
  • Educate and train Retail teams on Visual Merchandising guidelines to ensure brand image consistency.
  • Train in-store talents to become future Visual Merchandising ambassadors.
  • Organize and manage in-store and external prop stock, alerting the Zone Manager of any needs or shortages.
  • Support daily administrative tasks.
  • Propose Visual Merchandising actions to optimize store performance while preserving brand image.
  • Monitor and report the impact of Visual Merchandising actions on commercial performance.
  • Balance brand image objectives with business goals.
  • Provide support during store rotations in Paris.

Qualifications

  • Fluent in English.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Retail.
  • Strong knowledge of luxury retail environments.

Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite. Effective fieldwork skills with attention to product presentation details. Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with teams. Flexibility, pragmatism, and responsiveness.

Experience

A minimum of 2 years in the Retail sector, with a strong understanding of luxury product categories and market.
