Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation of fabric meetings with the Artistic Director for Men's and Women's Collections.
  • Manage the reception, organization, and maintenance of the fabric library.
  • Support in presenting research for approval by the Artistic Director, including archiving, thematic division, stock updates, and presentations.
  • Coordinate logistics for supplier pickups and deliveries.
  • Aid developers in fabric research.
  • Assist in preparing black cards, boards, and color ranges.
  • Organize, receive, and store fabric samples for validation.
  • Order studio supplies such as scissors, bristols, boards, and hangers.
  • Assist in creating labels including quality, codes, and pricing.
  • Support daily logistics of the department.

Qualifications

  • Educational background in Purchasing, Fashion, or Textile.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Strong knowledge of the textile market and technical innovations.
  • Curiosity, rigor, autonomy, and flexibility.

Experience

No prior experience is required, but familiarity with the luxury fashion industry is advantageous.

Education

Background in Purchasing, Fashion, or Textile studies.
