Store Operations Assistant
Saint Laurent seeks a Store Operations Assistant in Seoul to support daily store operations, inventory control and in-store events.

Role & Responsibilities
- Support implementation of corporate operational guidelines and ensure store-level compliance with policies and procedures.
- Communicate operational updates and action plans to store teams and relevant stakeholders; follow up to ensure execution.
- Support daily in-store inventory management including stock reconciliation, cycle counts and monthly stock takes to minimise discrepancies and shrinkage.
- Monitor SKU accuracy and prevent crossover issues; manage uniform ordering and write-off processes to maintain accurate stock records.
- Coordinate and assist execution of in-store projects and events by liaising with merchandising, retail and other departments.
- Prepare and maintain checklists, timelines and documentation required for smooth event and project delivery.
- Support routine store administration: verify store applications (uniform, packaging, IT devices), place orders for supplies, and monitor operational costs.
- Prepare reporting and documentation for Finance, including petty cash submissions, and ensure accurate record keeping.
- Act as a point of contact for ad hoc operational issues and follow through until resolution.
Qualifications
- Basic understanding of retail store operations; prior experience in luxury or fashion retail preferred.
- Meticulous attention to detail with strong organisational and follow-up skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication and coordination abilities.
- Demonstrated sense of responsibility, teamwork orientation and a positive, service-minded attitude.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving operational processes.
- English proficiency preferred.

Experience
Some practical experience in retail operations or store administration is expected; prior exposure to inventory control, stock taking and retail project support—preferably within the luxury or fashion sector.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; diploma or certificate in retail management, business administration or fashion is an advantage.
