Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day store operations and ensure the boutique meets brand standards for presentation and service.
  • Drive sales performance through strategic planning, execution of commercial initiatives and achievement of KPIs.
  • Lead, coach and develop the store team to foster clienteling, personal development and staff retention.
  • Deliver exceptional client service by greeting, assisting and resolving customer enquiries and complaints.
  • Manage inventory processes, cash reconciliation and loss-prevention measures to protect store assets.
  • Implement visual merchandising and promotional directives to maximise commercial appeal and footfall.
  • Enforce health, safety and security procedures to maintain a safe shopping environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 8 years’ experience in retail sales or store operations, with at least 5 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Proven background in luxury goods or premium fashion; an established client network is advantageous.
  • Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership presence; patient, detail-oriented and highly organized.
  • Good command of spoken English and Mandarin.
  • Experience or knowledge of visual merchandising and promotional execution is a plus.
  • University degree or equivalent preferred.

Experience

Eight or more years in retail sales/store operations with a minimum of five years in a supervisory or managerial capacity; prior experience in luxury or premium fashion retail strongly preferred.
