Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day store operations and ensure the boutique meets brand standards for presentation and service.
- Drive sales performance through strategic planning, execution of commercial initiatives and achievement of KPIs.
- Lead, coach and develop the store team to foster clienteling, personal development and staff retention.
- Deliver exceptional client service by greeting, assisting and resolving customer enquiries and complaints.
- Manage inventory processes, cash reconciliation and loss-prevention measures to protect store assets.
- Implement visual merchandising and promotional directives to maximise commercial appeal and footfall.
- Enforce health, safety and security procedures to maintain a safe shopping environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience in retail sales or store operations, with at least 5 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Proven background in luxury goods or premium fashion; an established client network is advantageous.
- Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership presence; patient, detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Good command of spoken English and Mandarin.
- Experience or knowledge of visual merchandising and promotional execution is a plus.
- University degree or equivalent preferred.

Experience
Eight or more years in retail sales/store operations with a minimum of five years in a supervisory or managerial capacity; prior experience in luxury or premium fashion retail strongly preferred.
Education
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
