Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company standards.
- Maintain an exemplary store environment to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Implement and promote a culture of Retail Excellence at the store level.
- Develop and execute strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Ensure optimal organization of products, processes, and personnel in alignment with business strategy.
- Recruit, lead, motivate, and develop the store team to achieve high performance.
- Create an environment conducive to team and individual development.
- Direct and supervise staff in sales, inventory management, and customer service activities.
- Ensure adherence to all headquarters guidelines, rules, and processes.
- Ensure compliance with legal, safety, internal, sustainability, HR, and stock organization requirements.
