Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Establish and uphold the highest standards of store environment and customer service.
- Implement and promote a culture of Retail Excellence at the store level.
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Ensure optimal organization of products, processes, and personnel in alignment with business strategy.
- Identify, recruit, lead, motivate, and develop the store team.
- Foster an environment conducive to team and individual development.
- Direct and supervise employees in sales, inventory management, cash reconciliation, and customer service.
- Ensure adherence to all headquarters guidelines, rules, and processes.
- Maintain compliance with legal, safety, internal, sustainability, HR, and stock organization requirements.

- Proven track record in retail management, preferably within the luxury sector.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
