Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily store operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Establish and uphold the highest standards of store environment and customer service.
  • Implement and promote a culture of Retail Excellence at the store level.
  • Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Ensure optimal organization of products, processes, and personnel in alignment with business strategy.
  • Identify, recruit, lead, motivate, and develop the store team.
  • Foster an environment conducive to team and individual development.
  • Direct and supervise employees in sales, inventory management, cash reconciliation, and customer service.
  • Ensure adherence to all headquarters guidelines, rules, and processes.
  • Maintain compliance with legal, safety, internal, sustainability, HR, and stock organization requirements.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in retail management, preferably within the luxury sector.
