Role & Responsibilities

• Promote brand engagement and loyalty among Top Clients and VIPs to achieve store business goals.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and manage store staff for efficient operations.
• Demonstrate sales leadership and supervise sales to ensure customer satisfaction and engagement.
• Implement action plans to achieve sales targets and analyze performance metrics.
• Recruit, develop, and retain top talent, fostering a positive work environment.
• Oversee clienteling approach and maintain qualitative standards of the brand.
• Ensure store atmosphere and visual merchandising align with brand image.
• Manage all administrative, accounting, and inventory responsibilities to ensure compliance and efficiency.

• 3 to 5 years of managerial experience overseeing a team of 10 people.
