Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead sales initiatives and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction, particularly with VIP clientele.
  • Develop and implement action plans to achieve sales targets and optimize profit and loss.
  • Provide high-quality feedback and reports to headquarters, ensuring alignment with corporate strategies.
  • Monitor market trends and local competition to inform strategic decisions.
  • Recruit, develop, and retain top talent, fostering a positive and motivated work environment.
  • Promote the brand's culture both internally and externally, ensuring the store atmosphere aligns with corporate standards.
  • Manage store operations, ensuring compliance with legal, safety, and corporate guidelines.
  • Optimize inventory and warehouse management to enhance sales efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Significant experience in luxury retail sales or management.
  • 3 to 5 years of managerial experience overseeing a team of at least 10 people.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a focus on customer loyalty.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Experience
