Role & Responsibilities
- Lead sales initiatives and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction, particularly with VIP clientele.
- Develop and implement action plans to achieve sales targets and optimize profit and loss.
- Provide high-quality feedback and reports to headquarters, ensuring alignment with corporate strategies.
- Monitor market trends and local competition to inform strategic decisions.
- Recruit, develop, and retain top talent, fostering a positive and motivated work environment.
- Promote the brand's culture both internally and externally, ensuring the store atmosphere aligns with corporate standards.
- Manage store operations, ensuring compliance with legal, safety, and corporate guidelines.
- Optimize inventory and warehouse management to enhance sales efficiency.
Qualifications
- Significant experience in luxury retail sales or management.
- 3 to 5 years of managerial experience overseeing a team of at least 10 people.
- Strong customer service orientation with a focus on customer loyalty.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
