Role & Responsibilities

  • Promote brand engagement and customer loyalty to achieve business objectives.
  • Identify, attract, recruit, develop, and retain talent in alignment with headquarters' directives.
  • Foster a positive store culture and ensure professional growth and training of staff through a coaching approach.
  • Set and achieve targeted quantitative and qualitative goals.
  • Analyze performance metrics and conduct assessments on a daily, weekly, monthly, and annual basis.
  • Exhibit sales leadership by actively participating on the sales floor.
  • Maintain a high sensitivity to customer experience and loyalty.
  • Manage inventory activities in collaboration with Back Office Operations.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, safety, internal, sustainability, HR, and stock organization standards.
  • Maintain the qualitative standards required by the brand.

Qualifications

  • Significant experience in luxury goods or retail sales.
  • 4 to 6 years of successful managerial experience in retail.
  • Proven experience managing a team of at least 10 individuals.

Experience

4 to 6 years of successful experience in a managerial retail position, preferably in luxury goods.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
