Role & Responsibilities

  • Promote brand engagement and loyalty by cultivating strong relationships with top clients.
  • Oversee all in-store processes, ensuring compliance with headquarters' procedures for effective and efficient store operations.
  • Demonstrate sales leadership by actively engaging on the shop floor and building client relationships.
  • Implement action plans to achieve general targets and profit and loss objectives.
  • Define and achieve targeted quantitative and qualitative goals.
  • Provide high-quality feedback and analysis to headquarters and team members.
  • Stay informed about market trends and competitors.
  • Foster a positive work environment through open communication to motivate and engage the team.
  • Ensure professional growth and training of team members through continuous coaching and development.
  • Create development plans for sales staff and management to drive performance.
  • Build a network impacting local and international luxury business to promote customer loyalty.
  • Maintain store atmosphere consistent with brand image.
  • Handle delicate customer complaints and sales process situations appropriately.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and internal requirements.
  • Challenge current processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Supervise warehouse stock, ensuring alignment with store sales potential.
  • Manage inventory activities in collaboration with Back Office operations.
  • Optimize stockroom management for process efficiency.

Qualifications

  • 3 - 5 years of successful experience in a managerial role.
  • Significant experience in luxury goods or retail sales.

Skills

Adaptability and transparency in approach. High sensitivity to customer experience and loyalty. Exceptional persuasiveness and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Experience

3 - 5 years of successful managerial experience in luxury goods or retail sales.
