Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business strategies to meet sales targets.
- Set individual sales goals and monitor key performance indicators regularly.
- Analyze sales performance and collaborate with the merchandising team to optimize business outcomes.
- Cultivate and expand the network of potential customers and VIPs, focusing on local clientele.
- Enhance customer loyalty and ensure high standards of after-sales service.
- Stay informed about fashion trends, key events, and competitor activities.
- Foster strong relationships with local market stores to maximize business opportunities.
- Define work schedules and ensure adequate staffing for store operations.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of retail sales or store operations experience, with at least 5 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Background in luxury goods or premium fashion with an established client base preferred.
