Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business strategies to meet sales targets.
  • Set individual sales goals and monitor key performance indicators regularly.
  • Analyze sales performance and collaborate with the merchandising team to optimize business outcomes.
  • Cultivate and expand the network of potential customers and VIPs, focusing on local clientele.
  • Enhance customer loyalty and ensure high standards of after-sales service.
  • Stay informed about fashion trends, key events, and competitor activities.
  • Foster strong relationships with local market stores to maximize business opportunities.
  • Define work schedules and ensure adequate staffing for store operations.
  • Motivate and lead the team, ensuring staff are skilled and driven.
  • Facilitate staff training and development to achieve career objectives.
  • Promote teamwork and cooperation within the store.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 8 years of retail sales or store operations experience, with at least 5 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Background in luxury goods or premium fashion with an established client base preferred.

Skills

Strong understanding of high-end fashion. Proficiency in spoken English and Mandarin. Leadership charisma, patience, attention to detail, and organizational skills.

Experience

A minimum of 8 years in retail sales or store operations, with at least 5 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity, preferably in luxury goods or premium fashion.

Education

University degree preferred.
