Role & Responsibilities

  • Promote brand engagement and customer loyalty to achieve business objectives.
  • Identify, attract, recruit, and develop talent while fostering a positive store culture.
  • Ensure professional growth and training of staff through a coaching approach.
  • Define and achieve targeted quantitative and qualitative goals.
  • Analyze results and conduct assessments based on KPIs.
  • Demonstrate sales leadership by actively participating on the sales floor.
  • Manage inventory activities in collaboration with Back Office Operations.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and internal standards.
  • Maintain the qualitative standards required by the brand.

Qualifications

  • Significant experience in luxury goods or retail sales.
  • 4 to 6 years of successful managerial experience in retail.
  • Experience managing a team of at least 10 individuals.
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Knowledge of Concur expense reporting is advantageous.

Experience

4 to 6 years of managerial experience in retail, specifically within the luxury sector, managing teams of at least 10 individuals.

Education
