Role & Responsibilities
- Promote brand engagement and customer loyalty, particularly among Top Clients and VIPs, to achieve store business goals.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and manage store staff effectively.
- Attract, recruit, develop, retain, and engage both customers and talent.
- Implement action plans to meet targets and manage profit and loss.
- Provide high-quality feedback and reporting to headquarters and staff.
- Monitor the business environment and local competition.
- Motivate and challenge the team regularly.
- Create development plans for sales staff and management.
- Promote the brand's culture internally and externally.
- Ensure the store atmosphere aligns with the brand image.
- Build a network to enhance customer loyalty, especially among Top Clients and VIPs.
- Ensure compliance with legal, safety, internal, sustainability, HR, and stock organization requirements.
- Challenge current processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of successful experience in a managerial position
