Role & Responsibilities

  • Promote brand engagement and customer loyalty to achieve business objectives.
  • Identify, attract, recruit, develop, and retain talent in alignment with headquarters' directives.
  • Foster a positive store culture.
  • Ensure professional growth and training of staff through a coaching approach.
  • Define and achieve targeted quantitative and qualitative goals.
  • Analyze results and conduct daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly assessments using KPIs.
  • Demonstrate sales leadership by actively participating on the sales floor.
  • Maintain high sensitivity to customer experience and loyalty.
  • Manage inventory activities in collaboration with Back Office Operations.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, safety, internal, sustainability, HR, and stock organization requirements.
  • Maintain the qualitative standards required by the brand.

Qualifications

  • Significant experience in luxury goods or retail sales.
  • 4 to 6 years of successful experience in a managerial retail position.
  • Experience managing a team of at least 10 individuals.
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Knowledge of Concur expense reporting is a plus.

Experience

4 to 6 years of successful experience in a managerial retail position, with significant experience in luxury goods or retail sales.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
