Role & Responsibilities
- Promote brand engagement and customer loyalty to achieve business objectives.
- Identify, attract, recruit, develop, and retain talent in alignment with Headquarters' directives.
- Foster a positive store culture.
- Ensure professional growth and training of staff using a coaching approach.
- Define and achieve targeted quantitative and qualitative goals.
- Analyze results and conduct regular assessments of KPIs.
- Exhibit sales leadership by actively participating on the sales floor.
- Prioritize customer experience and loyalty.
- Manage inventory activities in collaboration with Back Office Operations.
- Ensure compliance with legal, safety, internal, sustainability, HR, and stock organization requirements.
- Maintain brand's qualitative standards.
Qualifications
- Significant experience in luxury goods or retail sales.
- 4 to 6 years of successful managerial experience in retail.
- Proven experience managing a team of at least 10 individuals.
Skills
Experience
4 to 6 years of successful experience in a managerial retail position, with significant exposure to luxury goods or retail sales.
Education
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
