Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily store operations ensuring efficiency and compliance with company procedures.
  • Cultivate a premium store environment that delivers exceptional customer service.
  • Implement and promote a culture of Retail Excellence at the store level.
  • Develop and execute strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Optimize store organization in alignment with business strategy, focusing on product, process, and people.
  • Recruit, lead, motivate, and develop the store team to achieve high performance.
  • Foster an environment conducive to team and individual growth.
  • Supervise employees in sales, inventory management, and customer service activities.
  • Ensure adherence to headquarters' guidelines, rules, and processes.
  • Maintain compliance with legal, safety, internal, sustainability, and HR requirements.

Qualifications

  • University degree preferred.
  • 6-8 years of experience in retail sales or store operations, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.

Skills

Strong understanding of luxury goods and high-end fashion. Experience in visual merchandising and promotions is advantageous. Leadership charisma with patience, attention to detail, and organizational skills. Adaptability, openness, and a dynamic approach to risk-taking.

Experience

A minimum of 6-8 years in retail sales or store operations, including at least 3 years in a managerial capacity, preferably within the luxury or premium fashion sector.

Education

University degree preferred.
