Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations ensuring efficiency and compliance with company procedures.
- Cultivate a premium store environment that delivers exceptional customer service.
- Implement and promote a culture of Retail Excellence at the store level.
- Develop and execute strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Optimize store organization in alignment with business strategy, focusing on product, process, and people.
- Recruit, lead, motivate, and develop the store team to achieve high performance.
- Foster an environment conducive to team and individual growth.
- Supervise employees in sales, inventory management, and customer service activities.
- Ensure adherence to headquarters' guidelines, rules, and processes.
- Maintain compliance with legal, safety, internal, sustainability, and HR requirements.
Qualifications
- University degree preferred.
- 6-8 years of experience in retail sales or store operations, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
