Role & Responsibilities

  • Ensure the organization and cleanliness of the stockroom and salesfloor adhere to company standards.
  • Oversee the shipping and receiving of product deliveries weekly.
  • Manage shipment discrepancies promptly to maintain accurate inventory levels.
  • Process internal product transfers and client orders efficiently to meet expectations.
  • Maintain an up-to-date repairs log and act as a liaison between the boutique, clients, and repair centers.
  • Conduct weekly cycle counts of product categories and prepare for annual inventory.
  • Collaborate with the Operations team to resolve inventory discrepancies and adjustments.
  • Ensure stockroom and salesfloor meet company visual standards, coaching the store team as necessary.
  • Support management with department store consignment orders, including product pulling and order processing.
  • Handle opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and daily report generation.
  • Assist the sales team on the salesfloor as needed, providing coverage and support.
  • Coach the sales team to reinforce selling behaviors and merchandising standards.
  • Manage supply orders for the boutique from both internal and external vendors.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of retail experience, with a preference for luxury retail experience.

Skills

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Proficiency in shipping programs, inventory management, and audits. Advanced knowledge of Excel. Proactive and team-centric attitude. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Physical ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.

Experience

A minimum of 3 years in retail, preferably within the luxury sector, is required.
