Role & Responsibilities
- Monitor and control monthly inventory turnover and implement specific action plans.
- Prepare and manage the annual inventory, addressing any discrepancies.
- Ensure optimal stock levels to meet sales targets.
- Maintain the store's image in alignment with corporate standards.
- Oversee administrative and operational procedures related to merchandise flow.
- Implement and follow up on Back Office action plans as defined by HQ and Store Operations Manager.
- Provide high-quality feedback and reports to the Store Operations Manager.
- Communicate effectively with the Store Operations Manager regarding product turnover.
- Prepare, pack, and ship merchandise to outlets and warehouses.
- Adhere to all company policies and operational procedures.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of significant experience in stock management.
- Proven managerial experience leading a team.
