Role & Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage monthly inventory turnovers and implement specific action plans.
- Coordinate and prepare for the annual inventory, addressing any discrepancies.
- Ensure optimal stock levels to meet sales targets.
- Deliver high-quality feedback and reports to the Store Director.
- Foster a positive work environment and promote brand culture.
- Maintain store image in alignment with corporate standards.
- Ensure excellent customer service during after-sales processes.
- Oversee administrative and operational procedures related to merchandise flow.
- Implement and follow up on Back Office action plans in collaboration with HQ and Store Director.
- Communicate effectively with the Store Director regarding product turnover.
- Prepare, pack, and ship merchandise to outlets and warehouses.
- Adhere to company policies and operational procedures.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of significant experience in stock management and administrative tasks.
- Proven managerial experience leading a team.
