Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage merchandise flow within the store to increase turnover.
  • Follow and control monthly inventories and develop specific action plans.
  • Prepare annual inventory and resolve discrepancies.
  • Ensure consistent stock levels to meet sales targets.
  • Promote the brand's culture internally and externally.
  • Maintain store image in line with corporate standards.
  • Ensure excellent customer experience and satisfaction.
  • Participate in maintaining a positive work environment.
  • Receive, check, label, and store merchandise.
  • Organize and maintain stock areas.
  • Handle merchandise transfers and administrative procedures.
  • Prepare and ship products and handle returns.
  • Adhere to company policies and operational procedures.
