Role & Responsibilities

  • Support administrative and operational procedures related to merchandise flow, including preparation, dispatch, and receipt of orders.
  • Prepare, pack, and ship merchandise to outlets and warehouses.
  • Handle various types of stock transfers and ensure smooth implementation of price changes and shipments.
  • Follow up and control monthly inventories, implementing specific action plans to address discrepancies.
  • Prepare and execute the annual inventory, managing negative stock situations through analysis and dedicated actions.
  • Identify optimal stock levels to meet sales targets and ensure proper back-of-house organization.
  • Manage emergency situations such as late deliveries, supply shortages, and order errors.
  • Deploy omnichannel services, acting as the responsible party for distance selling.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact and supervisor for stores regarding After Sales and Before Sales processes.
  • Adhere to company policies and operational procedures, assisting management in monitoring compliance.
  • Contribute to a positive work environment and promote the brand's culture internally and externally.

Qualifications

  • In-depth knowledge of the retail environment and significant experience in stock handling (3-5 years).

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Strong and transparent communication skills, with a team-oriented approach. Adaptability and flexibility in changing circumstances. Ability to prioritize tasks based on business needs. Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in IT tools. Proficiency in English and the local language, both oral and written.

Experience

3-5 years of experience in stock handling within a retail environment.
