Role & Responsibilities

  • Monitor and control monthly inventory turnover and implement specific action plans.
  • Assist in the preparation of the annual inventory and resolve discrepancies.
  • Maintain optimal stock levels to meet sales targets.
  • Contribute to a positive work environment and promote the brand culture.
  • Ensure the store's image aligns with corporate standards.
  • Provide exceptional customer service during the after-sales process.
  • Support administrative and operational procedures related to merchandise flow.
  • Implement and follow up on Back Office action plans defined with HQ and Store Director.
  • Prepare, pack, and ship merchandise to outlets and warehouses.
  • Adhere to all company policies and operational procedures.

Qualifications

  • Significant experience in stock handling (2+ years).

Skills

Attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong communication and influencing abilities. Adaptability and flexibility in changing circumstances. Ability to prioritize tasks based on business needs. Proficient problem-solving skills. Capability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Competent in computer skills, particularly Word and Excel.

Experience

A minimum of two years of experience in stock handling is required.
