Role & Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage monthly inventory turnover and implement specific action plans.
- Assist in the preparation and reconciliation of annual inventory discrepancies.
- Maintain optimal stock levels to meet sales targets.
- Contribute to a positive work environment and promote the brand's culture.
- Ensure the store's image aligns with corporate standards.
- Deliver exceptional customer service during the after-sales process.
- Support administrative and operational procedures related to merchandise flow.
- Execute Back Office action plans as defined by headquarters and store management.
- Prepare, pack, and ship merchandise to outlets and warehouses.
- Adhere to company policies and operational procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in stock handling.
