Role & Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage monthly inventory turnover and implement specific action plans.
  • Assist in the preparation and reconciliation of annual inventory discrepancies.
  • Maintain optimal stock levels to meet sales targets.
  • Contribute to a positive work environment and promote the brand's culture.
  • Ensure the store's image aligns with corporate standards.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service during the after-sales process.
  • Support administrative and operational procedures related to merchandise flow.
  • Execute Back Office action plans as defined by headquarters and store management.
  • Prepare, pack, and ship merchandise to outlets and warehouses.
  • Adhere to company policies and operational procedures.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in stock handling.

Skills

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Effective communication and influencing abilities. Adaptability and flexibility in dynamic environments. Ability to prioritize tasks based on business needs. Strong problem-solving capabilities. Proficiency in multitasking within a fast-paced setting. Competency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
