Role & Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage monthly inventory turnover and implement specific action plans.
  • Assist in the preparation and execution of the annual inventory, addressing any discrepancies.
  • Ensure optimal stock levels to meet sales targets.
  • Contribute to a positive work environment and promote the brand culture both internally and externally.
  • Maintain the store's image in alignment with corporate standards.
  • Enhance customer experience during the after-sales process.
  • Support administrative and operational procedures related to merchandise flow.
  • Execute Back Office action plans in collaboration with HQ and Store Director, ensuring effective follow-up at the store level.
  • Prepare, pack, and ship merchandise to outlets and warehouses.
  • Adhere to all company policies and operational procedures.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of significant experience in stock handling.

Skills

Keen attention to detail and organizational prowess. Strong communication and influencing abilities. Adaptability and flexibility in dynamic environments. Proficiency in prioritizing tasks based on business needs. Robust problem-solving capabilities. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting. Competency in computer skills, including Word and Excel.

Experience

A minimum of 2 years of experience in stock handling is required.
