Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage merchandise flow within the store to optimize turnover.
  • Conduct monthly inventory checks and implement action plans.
  • Prepare and reconcile annual inventory discrepancies.
  • Ensure stock levels align with sales targets.
  • Promote the brand's culture and maintain corporate standards.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain store organization and visual merchandising standards.
  • Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and engagement.
  • Support team dynamics and provide professional feedback.
  • Receive, check, label, and store incoming merchandise.
  • Organize stock areas and manage transfers.
  • Handle administrative procedures related to merchandise flow.
  • Prepare and ship products and handle returns.
  • Adhere to company policies and operational procedures.
