Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage merchandise flow within the store, adhering to internal logistics procedures.
  • Monitor and control monthly inventory turnover and implement specific action plans.
  • Prepare annual inventory and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Ensure consistent stock levels to meet sales targets.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members, providing support and assistance.
  • Deliver high-quality feedback and reports to management.
  • Maintain organization and appearance of store areas in line with Visual Merchandising Standards.
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders with a service-oriented approach.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a stock department.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Adaptability and team spirit.
  • Proficiency in IT systems.
  • Awareness of market and fashion trends is advantageous.
