Role & Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage monthly inventory turnover and execute specific action plans.
  • Assist in the preparation and execution of the annual inventory, identifying and addressing discrepancies.
  • Maintain optimal stock levels to meet sales targets.
  • Contribute to a positive work environment and promote the brand culture internally and externally.
  • Ensure the store's image aligns with corporate standards.
  • Guarantee an exceptional customer experience during the after-sales process.
  • Support administrative and operational procedures related to merchandise flow.
  • Implement and follow up on specific Back Office action plans in collaboration with HQ and the Store Director.
  • Prepare, pack, and ship merchandise to outlets and warehouses.
  • Adhere to all company policies and operational procedures.

Qualifications

  • Significant experience in stock handling (2+ years).

Skills

Attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong communication and influencing abilities. Adaptability and flexibility in changing circumstances. Ability to prioritize tasks based on business needs. Strong problem-solving capabilities. Multitasking in a fast-paced environment. Proficient computer skills, particularly in Word and Excel.

Experience

A minimum of 2 years of experience in stock handling is required.
