Role & Responsibilities

  • Monitor and control monthly inventory turnover and execute specific action plans.
  • Prepare for annual inventory audits and address any discrepancies.
  • Maintain optimal stock levels to meet sales targets.
  • Provide detailed feedback and reports to the Store Director.
  • Foster a positive work environment and promote brand culture.
  • Ensure the store's image aligns with corporate standards.
  • Enhance customer experience during the after-sales process.
  • Manage all administrative and operational procedures related to merchandise flow.
  • Implement and follow up on Back Office action plans in collaboration with HQ and the Store Director.
  • Communicate product turnover information effectively to the Store Director.
  • Prepare, pack, and ship merchandise to outlets and warehouses.
  • Adhere to all company policies and operational procedures.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of significant experience in stock management and administrative tasks.

Ability to prioritize tasks based on business needs. Strong problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Proficient computer skills, particularly in Word and Excel.

Experience

3-5 years of experience in stock management and administrative tasks is required.
