Role & Responsibilities
- Monitor and control monthly inventory turnover and execute specific action plans.
- Prepare for annual inventory audits and address any discrepancies.
- Maintain optimal stock levels to meet sales targets.
- Provide detailed feedback and reports to the Store Director.
- Foster a positive work environment and promote brand culture.
- Ensure the store's image aligns with corporate standards.
- Enhance customer experience during the after-sales process.
- Manage all administrative and operational procedures related to merchandise flow.
- Implement and follow up on Back Office action plans in collaboration with HQ and the Store Director.
- Communicate product turnover information effectively to the Store Director.
- Prepare, pack, and ship merchandise to outlets and warehouses.
- Adhere to all company policies and operational procedures.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of significant experience in stock management and administrative tasks.
