Role & Responsibilities
- Monitor and control monthly inventory and implement specific action plans.
- Prepare for annual inventory and investigate discrepancies.
- Maintain stock levels in alignment with sales floor objectives.
- Foster a harmonious working environment.
- Promote corporate culture both internally and externally.
- Ensure the boutique's image complies with company standards.
- Provide customer experience throughout the after-sales service process.
- Assist management in adhering to and following procedures.
Qualifications
- Successful initial experience in stock management.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- High availability, adaptability, service orientation, and team spirit.
- Proficiency in computer tools.
- Product sensitivity and good knowledge of fashion trends and market are a plus.
