Role & Responsibilities

  • Monitor and control monthly inventory and implement specific action plans.
  • Prepare for annual inventory and investigate discrepancies.
  • Maintain stock levels in alignment with sales floor objectives.
  • Foster a harmonious working environment.
  • Promote corporate culture both internally and externally.
  • Ensure the boutique's image complies with company standards.
  • Provide customer experience throughout the after-sales service process.
  • Assist management in adhering to and following procedures.

Qualifications

  • Successful initial experience in stock management.
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • High availability, adaptability, service orientation, and team spirit.
  • Proficiency in computer tools.
  • Product sensitivity and good knowledge of fashion trends and market are a plus.
