Role & Responsibilities
- Manage merchandise flow and logistics within the store.
- Conduct monthly inventory checks and implement specific action plans.
- Prepare and reconcile annual inventory, addressing any discrepancies.
- Ensure stock levels align with sales targets.
- Maintain the organization and appearance of stock areas according to Visual Merchandising Standards.
- Receive, check, label, and store incoming merchandise.
- Organize and maintain stock areas.
- Process transfers and handle packaging and stationery orders.
- Prepare and ship returned merchandise to outlets and warehouses.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a stock department.
- Experience in the luxury retail sector is required.
- 1-3 years of experience in a retail environment.
- Ability to frequently lift and move up to 25 pounds, occasionally up to 50 pounds.
Skills
Experience
At least 2 years of successful experience in a stock department, preferably within the luxury retail sector.
