Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist in the creation and scheduling of social media content across multiple platforms, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Prepare presentations and recommendations for social media and SCRM projects.
  • Collaborate with image, marketing, production, VIP, and media teams for seamless project execution.
  • Monitor social media trends, technologies, and best practices, providing weekly updates.
  • Support strategic pitches through competitive analysis and secondary research.
  • Track audience sentiment and feedback to inform brand perception.
  • Generate bi-weekly reports on global social media performance.
  • Provide insights and proposals for enhancing social media strategies.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to benchmark and differentiate the brand.

Qualifications

  • Higher education degree (Baccalaureate + 5 years) in Digital Marketing.
  • Proven experience in social media management within the APAC region.

Skills

Strong organizational, writing, and analytical skills. Autonomous, proactive, and dynamic team player. Creative with the ability to develop proposals and synthesize information. Proficient in managing priorities and adapting to planning constraints. Proficiency in Tableau, FIGMA, and Microsoft Office Suite preferred. Excellent communication skills in English and another popular language.

Experience

Experience in social media management, particularly within the APAC region, is required.

Education

Higher education degree (Baccalaureate + 5 years) in Digital Marketing.
