Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist in the creation and scheduling of social media content across multiple platforms, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and budget adherence.
  • Prepare presentations and recommendations for social media and SCRM projects.
  • Collaborate with image, marketing, production, VIP, and media teams to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery.
  • Stay updated on social media trends, technologies, and best practices.
  • Provide weekly updates on industry trends and emerging technologies.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and secondary research to support strategy and creative development.
  • Track audience sentiment and feedback regarding the brand or campaigns.
  • Generate bi-weekly reports on social media performance globally.
  • Provide insights and proposals to enhance social media performance.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to benchmark and identify differentiation opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Higher education degree with a specialization in Digital Marketing.
  • Proven experience in social media management within the APAC region.

Skills

Strong organizational, writing, and analytical skills. Autonomous, proactive, and dynamic team player. Creative with the ability to develop proposals and synthesize information. Ability to manage priorities and adapt to planning constraints. Proficiency in Tableau, FIGMA, and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong communication skills in English and another popular language.

Experience

Previous experience in social media management, particularly within the APAC region, is required.

Education

Bachelor's degree or higher in Digital Marketing or a related field.
