Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage physical and digital logistics flows of fashion show and pre-collection pieces, including ready-to-wear, leather goods, footwear, and accessories.
  • Monitor returns, conduct condition assessments, report quality anomalies, and handle reconditioning and relabeling of items.
  • Ensure accurate digital traceability using Launchmetrics software.
  • Contribute daily to the organization and maintenance of the showroom.
  • Oversee garment care logistics, including coordinating with dry cleaning services.
  • Support press shipments domestically and internationally, preparing export documents and coordinating with press officers, carriers, and the shipping department.
  • Participate in regular inventory counts.

Qualifications

  • Enrollment in a Business School or Fashion & Luxury Management program.

Skills

Ability to react swiftly and adapt to new situations. Strong interpersonal skills with an analytical mindset. Ability to prioritize tasks, demonstrate versatility, and maintain meticulous attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Experience

No prior experience required, but familiarity with logistics or fashion industry is advantageous.

Education

Currently pursuing a degree in Business or Fashion & Luxury Management.
