Shooting Production Assistant Intern

Role & Responsibilities

• Assist in the logistical and operational preparation of photoshoots, fashion shows, and castings.
• Support project tracking from preparation through execution to ensure smooth and high-quality delivery.
• Collaborate with press, merchandising, and event departments for shoot, casting, and show preparations.
• Participate in setting up and coordinating spaces for internal events such as castings and hair & make-up trials.
• Manage and track inventory for shooting materials, production kits, and technical supports.
• Contribute to the creation of visual and creative presentations related to departmental projects.
• Organize and update archives related to photoshoots, including documentation and visuals.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a relevant academic program or recent graduate.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Skills

Experience

Previous experience in event coordination or production support is advantageous but not required.

Education

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Fashion, Event Management, or a related field.
