Shooting Production Assistant Intern

Overview

Role & Responsibilities

• Assist in logistical and operational preparation for photoshoots, fashion shows, and castings.
• Support project tracking from preparation to execution to ensure seamless and high-quality outcomes.
• Collaborate with press, merchandising, and event departments for shoot, casting, and show preparations.
• Coordinate internal event spaces for castings and hair & makeup trials.
• Manage and track shooting stock including equipment, production kits, and technical supports.
• Contribute to the creation of visual and creative presentations for departmental projects.
• Organize and update archives related to photoshoots, including documentation and visuals.

Qualifications

• Enthusiasm for the luxury fashion industry and event production.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Skills

Experience

Previous experience in fashion or event production is advantageous but not required.

Education

Currently pursuing a degree in Fashion, Event Management, or a related field.
