Role & Responsibilities

  • Perform assembly operations of various models on the production line, adhering to quality and deadline requirements.
  • Utilize industrial sewing machines such as flatbed, overlock, and specialized machines.
  • Execute hand stitching as needed.
  • Conduct self-inspection of production outputs, ensuring compliance with quality and productivity standards.

Qualifications

  • Completion of CAP, Bac Pro, or BTS in garment construction or fashion-related fields.
  • Minimum of 3 years of successful experience in a similar role, preferably within the luxury sector.

Skills

Expertise in assembly techniques and fabric knowledge. Proficiency in operating industrial sewing machines. Attention to detail, teamwork, and strong communication skills.

Experience

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position, ideally within the luxury fashion industry.

Education

CAP, Bac Pro, or BTS in garment construction or fashion-related fields.
