Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive store sales and achieve performance targets while delivering a personalized client experience.
  • Develop, grow, and retain a high-value VIC clientele, building long-term relationships.
  • Support store objectives and mentor colleagues in alignment with the Maison’s values.
  • Recruit new VIC clientele through local market activations and events.
  • Manage a dynamic client book to drive proactive sales growth.
  • Build and manage an individual consignment and stylist business.
  • Exceed individual sales and KPI targets with strong business acumen.
  • Curate personalized wardrobes with a deep understanding of fashion culture.
  • Maintain professional communication with clients and colleagues.
  • Provide training support to team members.
  • Utilize available tools and resources to optimize business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with front and back-of-house teams to enhance performance.
  • Adhere to company policies and uphold operational standards.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3-5 years experience in luxury retail or hospitality.
  • Established client book within the local market.
  • Proven experience in providing exceptional service in luxury environments.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Understanding and passion for luxury and fashion.
  • Experience servicing high-net-worth clientele.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • High standards of personal presentation.
  • Business-minded with an entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Adaptable and comfortable with technology.
  • Proficiency in English and the local language; additional languages are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel.
