Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and retain top-tier VIC clientele, focusing on increasing the number and spending of elite clients.
  • Deliver exceptional client service and after-sales support, ensuring a memorable boutique experience.
  • Recruit new VIC clientele through local market activations and events.
  • Build and manage a dynamic client book to drive sales and business performance.
  • Exceed individual sales and KPI targets with strong business acumen.
  • Curate personalized wardrobes with a deep understanding of fashion culture.
  • Maintain professional communication with clients and colleagues.
  • Provide training support to team members.
  • Collaborate with front and back-of-house teams to enhance performance and morale.
  • Adhere to company policies and operational guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3-5 years experience in luxury retail or hospitality.
  • Established client book targeting local market clients.
  • Proven experience in luxury retail or hospitality environments.
  • Extensive experience servicing high-net-worth clientele.
  • Ability to handle highly confidential information.

Skills

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong organizational skills. Business-minded with an entrepreneurial spirit. Adaptable and comfortable with technology. Fluent in English and the local language; additional languages are an asset.

Experience

A minimum of 3-5 years in luxury retail or hospitality, with a strong background in servicing high-net-worth clientele.
