Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and retain top-tier VIC clientele, focusing on increasing the number of elite clients and their spending.
  • Deliver exceptional client service and after-sales support, ensuring a memorable boutique experience.
  • Recruit new VIC clientele through local market activations and events.
  • Manage a dynamic client book to drive proactive sales growth and business performance.
  • Build and manage an individual consignment and stylist business.
  • Exceed individual sales and KPI targets with strong business acumen and an entrepreneurial approach.
  • Curate personalized, versatile, and timeless wardrobes with a deep understanding of fashion culture.
  • Foster meaningful and lasting connections with clients through transparent and genuine interactions.
  • Provide training support to team members and collaborate with both front and back-of-house teams.
  • Adhere to company policies and uphold the highest standards of service and operational guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3-5 years experience in luxury retail or hospitality.
  • Established client book targeting local market clients.
  • Proven experience in luxury retail, customer service, or hospitality environments.
  • Thorough understanding and passion for luxury and fashion.
  • Extensive experience servicing high-net-worth clientele.

Skills

Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with top clients. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Business-minded with an entrepreneurial spirit. High energy and strong work ethic. Adaptable and comfortable with technology.

Experience

3-5 years of experience in luxury retail or hospitality, with a focus on client service and sales.
